Abstract

The development ofemotional intelligence is becoming increasingly important in the teaching profession, asit directly affects theability ofteachers to build interpersonal relationships, cope with stress and resolve conflicts. Inmodern education, where therequirements for professionals are becoming increasingly complex, theimportance of emotional intelligence for future primary school teachers is becoming a key aspect ofsuccessful teaching. Thus, thecreation ofeffective pedagogical support in thedevelopment ofthese skills is crucial for high-quality teacher education. Thearticle is devoted tomethods and technologies ofpedagogical support in thedevelopment ofemotional intelligence (EI) offuture primary school teachers. Theaim oftheresearch is to develop and test pedagogical methods and technologies thatwill stimulate thedevelopment ofemotional intelligence in future primary school teachers. The objectives ofthe study include identifying the most effective methods ofEI development, introducing these approaches into the pedagogical process, as well as assessing their impact on the readiness offuture teachers to work in a school environment. The practical significance lies in improving the quality ofeducational programs for future teachers by offering specific methods and technologies for the development ofkey competencies, such as emotional intelligence. The use ofthese methods will allow future teachers to better prepare for solving problems in teaching practice, which will also improve the quality of primary education in the long term.
